It may also be used to help with sleep problems (insomnia), cancer, atherosclerosis, heart health, arthritis, vomiting, intestinal gas (flatulence), depression, anxiety, memory and brain function, libido, heartburn, psoriasis, and dry skin. Moreover, women may use saffron to help with menstrual cramps and premenstrual syndrome (PMS); while men may use it to help with premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, and infertility.
