How to use it?
Primary application method for this
is Applying to the body using an IC Pad or IC Hummer.
1. Connect IC Pad or IC Hummer to your computer or smartphone.
connecting the IC Pad, set the volume level of the computer/smartphone to the maximum
at about 80% volume if using the IC Hummer.
3. Place IC Pad or IC Hummer on the target area of the body, on top of clothes. If no specific location is mentioned in the PEMF IC description, place the device on the sternum.
4. Start transfer.

I have had insomnia for years off and on. I have tried this IC a few times at bedtime with no effect. I am thinking it may just take a while. Do you recommend this at bedtime or during the day?

Hi Glenda, try using one hour or so before bedtime. Also if you wake up at night or can not fall asleep, you can try Audible IC with headphones called "Brain Delta (Sleep)".
