難以置信！ 一天后，今天手上不再出現脫皮、乾燥或皸裂的情況。
由於治療/排毒不同的健康問題，我的手掌非常不舒服，就像砂紙一樣，大約一年或更長時間了，由於我的手非常粗糙，觸摸任何織物都很困難。以前似乎沒有任何乳霜/乳液能夠滲透皮膚並產生效果。
昨天，我做了這個混合物，印上了一些椰子油，心想，我沒有什麼好失去的…
做家事時和睡前使用。今天早上，我的手上不再有脫皮或發白的現象，手掌很柔軟，皮膚似乎比我平常的厚沙子要薄。我必須說，椰子油是我幾個月前用過的精油混合物，我只是停止使用它，甚至不記得它是用來做什麼的，也許是用來止痛的。

Yesterday, made this mix, imprinted on some coconut oil, thinking, I have nothing to loose…
applied while doing chores, and before bed. This morning no flaky/white hands, my palms are soft, the skin seems to be thinner than the usual thick-sand like I have had. I have to say the coconut oil was an old mix with essential oils I had done months ago, that I had just stopped using it, can’t even remember what was for, maybe pain.
