Question? Half the time that I try to use the pad it doesn't work. I've tried two different devices, my computer and my phone. I don't think it's my device. Either the pad is defective, the cord is defective or I'm defective.   LOL  HELP!

Cindy Wimbrow , please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level on your computer or phone after you start transfer.

Hello Anton,
How do you do it for an iPhone 12 or newer phones that don't have a jack? Do you have to go through the IC Hummer automatically which doesn't need a cable?

Marie-Josรฉe MAURICE, even if your phone does not have a headphones jack it should still support an audio cable adapter. For Android phones it is usually "USB-C to 3.5mm audio cable adapter", you can get it at Amazon. Otherwise you can try using Bluetooth - we designed GlowPad 3... See more
