Hello,
My IC glowing pad does not turn on and does not respond when I connect the charger. Is it possible that humidity affected it when I used cold water in the glass bottle? Any solutions?

Grig33, I assume you have GlowPad 3. Please try using different chargers. For example, please try charging with a USB port of your computer if you have one. Also, were you able to charge it before (had red light while charging)? Thank you!

Yes. I bought it quite recently and it was working just fine with the red light on.

Anton good evening and thank you for your response to the 2nd discussion. By mistake, I pressed delete on the program. I no longer have the link to respond directly. Is it possible to restore.

Hélène, yes, it is possible that your phone have more srict energy usage rules and once screen is locke it stops website work. You can try clicking on the browser icon, going into settings and see if you have something like "allow this app working in background".
