Hi everyone - I'm new here and just learning but this occurred to me so thought i'd ask - If you were doing an IC for whatever and you did an audible for the same  thing at the same time as drinking the water I wonder if that would enhance the effect?

Lou, you can listen to an Audible IC while drinking imprinted IC water. Many users combine different IC methodsโ€”such as drinking IC water, listening to Audible ICs, or applying PEMF/ICs to the bodyโ€”and find that using them together feels stronger and more supportive. Listen and adjust your use base on how your body responds.

Hello, I would like to ask what the functional difference is between the red and blue lights on a glowing IC? Thank you.

Jimmy, here's what the lights do:

Red light โ€“ good for circulation, reducing inflammation, tissue healing โ†’ use for pain, recovery, skin repair.

Blue light โ€“ antimicrobial, calming โ†’ use for skin issues, relaxation, calming the mind.

Infrared light โ€“ penetrates deep into muscles/joints โ†’ use for deep pain, muscle/joint recovery.

Please note, Infrared lights are not visible for our eyes.ย
