I use blindfold and put the ICpad on the blindfold. I do it for 3 minutes each eye until it reaches 12 minutes. Or do I have to do it for 12 minutes each eye? And how many times a week should I do it?

vrabundance, you can either apply the full 12 minutes to each eye separately or alternate by doing 1.5 minutes on the left eye, then 1.5 minutes on the right, and repeat this cycle until you complete all 12 minutes. For best results, you can use it once or twice... See more

Suzanna, theoretically they can last for many months, but we recommend using withing 30 days or reimprint later.
