I have been having muscle spasms in my back when I sleep at night that I connect with eating too much late in the day for dinner. I ate a BIG meal last night and used the ic on my abdomen before bed (intent was for sore muscles from working out not for the results I got) yet a surprising result was abdominal bloating and discomfort went down from over eating late and no pain or spasms in my back all night. Amazing.
