I’m new. Just got my IC glow pad this evening. I’m curious, I’ve read quite a bit of info on here but I don’t see any guidelines as to how often or how long one should continue using an IC, PEMF or Rife. Are there guidelines?

Hi Mikki, it differs for everyone, we recommend using the same IC or complex for at least one week and observe how you feel, if no changes at all, then you can adjust the IC or Complex.
