Durante casi un aรฑo o mรกs, las palmas de mis manos me resultaron muy incรณmodas, como papel de lija, debido a tratamientos y desintoxicaciones por diversos problemas de salud. Tocar cualquier tela me costaba mucho porque mis manos estaban รกsperas. Antes, ninguna crema ni lociรณn parecรญa penetrar la piel para notar una diferencia.

The palms in my hands were so uncomfortable, like sand paper for about a year or more due to treating/detoxing for different health issues, Touching any fabric was difficult bc of my hands being so rough. No cream/lotion had seemed to be able to penetrate the skin to make a difference before.
Yesterday, made this mix, imprinted on some coconut oil,... Ver mรกs

applied while doing chores, and before bed. This morning no flaky/white hands, my palms are soft, the skin seems to be thinner than the usual thick-sand like I have had. I have to say the coconut oil was an old mix with essential oils I had done months ago, that I had just stopped using it, canโt even remember what was for, maybe pain.
