Hi Anton. I understand how the actual IC doesn't cause side effects that the ingredients in a regular supplement could. I don't understand why a probiotic that I have been taking for three months as an IC didn't give me die off and when I started taking the same probiotic it caused die-off. Wouldn't die-off be a reaction if the IC probiotic was working?

ICs are not good for damaging or killing living organisms (including bad ones), therefore it probably not happening. Although, one of the hypothesis how IC of, for example, antibiotics work in the body - they don't kill bacteria directly but help body to get rid of it. This difference may lead to a different outcome - no die off, or maybe it happens, but much slower, so there are no die-off like symptoms.

Hola CHIVET, todos los protocolos pueden ser utilizados por niรฑos bajo la supervisiรณn de los padres. En lugar de beberlo 3 veces al dรญa, puede dรกrselo a los niรฑos 1-2 veces al dรญa, 50 ml de agua cada vez.
