Do these quick checks:
- Charge check: Fully charge it for ~2 hours using a different USB charger and cable; on GlowPad 3 the charge indicator should glow pink/red. If the light blinks or cuts out, try another charger/USB port (even a computerโs USB) to rule out the power source .
