This transfer is hugely frustrating because it stops if you open up a different page on your device while itโs transferring, or if your device goes to Lock Screen. Itโs an hour long but you canโt just close your eyes and rest because the transfer shuts off. I havenโt managed to finish it yet! Other transfers keep going until theyโre done. Is there something in the programming that can be tweaked to fix this?

Hi Jane, I assume you are using iOS 15. If so, there is currently bug when you Lock Screen or minimize app. Please try the following: Start Transfer -> Open new tab in your browser and then try to lock the screen, it should continue transferring. Thank you!
