Hi Mike, at the moment I can provide a general answer to this question: currently, it is unclear what would be the formula of the dosage and whether this applies to ICs. So far we had reports that when transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger. Also drinking prepared water more often increases the effect. We suggest drinking the same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day. Please note that we do not suggest replacing regular medication with ICs. You can use ICs as an additional method and later talk with your doctor about reducing the dosage of the actual substance and see if the desired effect remains.
