Does it matter how long before bed I take this IC? I will be imprinting to water.

Hi Barry, for the best effect we suggest using prepared water with the same IC or complex 3 times a day. Better to space those times during the day.

question on how to use this , can you make a full glass (250ml) and drink it during that day , or is this one that you have to drink over 3 days. ALso just to confirm I pulg my IC PAD to the audio output and as long as the LED lights flashing then I know it is working

Hi Nab, yes, you can make a glass of water and drink it during the day. Method 1 and Method 2 is more about storing prepared water. Regarding IC Pad, yes, it should be connected with an audio cable to the audio output of your smartphone or laptop and as long as the LED flashing during the transfer, it is set and working correctly. If it is not flashing during the transfer you might need to charge IC Pad or set the audio volume to maximum.

Hi Damon, you can apply general recommendations for imprints ICs - use it at least 3 times a day, at least 2oz (50ml) of water each time.
