Anton, I have been having a lot of difficulty getting the Audio files to play on my headphones. It will work intermittently, but most of the time there is no audio or visual indicating the file is working. I have tried clearing my browser cache and rebooting my device, but it does not consistently work. How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Matthew, we will record logs on your account to see what can cause it. As I understood, the IC transfer sometimes does not start for you.

Este IC parece algo mal, siempre y cuando establezca la repetición, después de completar la primera ronda, se entregará y mostrará los IC de carga, por favor ayude a verificarlo 🙇
