Anton, I have been having a lot of difficulty getting the Audio files to play on my headphones. It will work intermittently, but most of the time there is no audio or visual indicating the file is working. I have tried clearing my browser cache and rebooting my device, but it does not consistently work. How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Matthew, we will record logs on your account to see what can cause it. As I understood, the IC transfer sometimes does not start for you.

Cet IC semble quelque chose de mal, tant que je répète, après avoir terminé le premier tour, il remettra et affichera les IC de chargement, veuillez aider à le vérifier
