Power On the Glowing IC Pad 3

To turn on the Glowing IC Pad 3, firmly press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. You will see a white light illuminate, indicating the device is on and ready for use.

You will notice the indicator light flashing red a few times, indicating that the module has been powered off, and the device will restart. To confirm that Bluetooth is fully disabled, you can go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, and attempt to search for a new device, and the IC Pad will not appear there. To turn on the Bluetooth module again, simply follow the same steps: while the device is on, hold the button for 10 seconds.

What volume level should I set for my phone or laptop during transfer?

When using an audio cable, you need to set the volume to the maximum level. However, when using Bluetooth, you can set the volume to any level above zero.

Is it normal if some LEDs are not glowing?

Yes, it is normal. Infrared light is not visible to our eyes, so you can not see any light emitted from Infrared LEDs.

How long does it take to fully charge the Glowing IC Pad?

The Glowing IC Pad requires approximately 3 hours for a complete charge. Once fully charged, the red indicator light will turn off.
