My 12 yr old Labrador has been cough-gagging/retching for several months, like a trachea spasm. This remedy was recommended.  2 doses at 1x, 24 hours apart & the retching went from multiple times a day & thru the night to only once today.
Just wanted to share, in case it can help someone else.
