30 Hz frequency will run for 7 minutes and then 20 minutes with no signal (break). You can set a few repeats if you would like to achieve the following: 7 minutes of 30 Hz -> 20 minutes break -> 7 minutes of 30 Hz -> 20 minutes break -> and so on.
