Just received IC Glow Pad 3. It will respond to Bluetooth transfer but not with audio cable input with my iPhoneX& iPad Pro. Any suggestions?

Michelle, please try using original audio cable adapters for the audio cable if not yet. Also, please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level after you start transfer, as it can get down automatically because phone things you are using headphones.

Anton SF I used the audio cable came with the Glow Pad Package . Also the volume was at the maximum…..it is not responding.

Michelle, do you use any audio cable adapters to conect audio cable to your iPhone or iPad? Do you have by any chance MacBook or Mac to try IC Pad with them and the audio cable? Thank you!

Anton SFyes, there is a connector to my IPhone X. And no, it is a direct connection with iPad Pro. I will try the MacBook next. Thank you.

Michelle, to confirm, when you connect GlowPad 3 with an audio cable to your MacBook, do you have this setting selected (Headphones as output device and Audio volume set to a maximum level)?

Michelle, thank you very much for trying that. It seems there might be an issue with the audio jack on the IC Pad or the audio cable that came with IC Pad is defective. Do you have another audio cable to try? Thank you!
