Hi Frankie, you can place IC Hummer at the sternum or better below the ribs on the back - so it will be directed towards the adrenal glands, which located at the top of each kidney.

This is my first use, I'm wondering if I should place the IC Pad on my hip or should I place it on my stomach as explained? and can I do the treatment several times a day? Thank you

Anna Teresa Facchinetti You can put it in your pocket for ease or on your upper thigh if sitting down. Luckily frequencies travel around the body so we do not have to be too specific with placement all of the time.

Anna Teresa Facchinetti, you can apply it to the lower stomach area or closer for one joint at a time (next time put it closer to another hip joint).

hmmm- wondering out aloud.  If I used this as a PEMF at a localised site in the body?  Like a stem cell patch?

Scott Ashton, yes, you can apply Imprint ICs and complexes directly to the body as well.
