Hi Gail, yes, but keep IC Pad at least 5 inches (12cm) away from the heart area.

If you don't see website in french, please go to settings under "My account" and change language to French, this will make all pages including Help section to be in French.ย

Tennis elbow plagued me. After 2 runs of 8 minutes, I placed my forearm on the Glowing IC Pad, nothing hurts anymore. The feeling is similar to that of a cramp. I'm excited.
