Hi, I'm a little confused with the trial membership. I assumed because of the trial I would be able to decide whether I wanted to pursue this or not, but I'm now seeing that I cannot return anything I've purchased, I'm puzzled because I don't see the point in a trial when you get stuck with expensive hardware you cannot return, leaving you with little choice not to see what happens. Hi, I'm a little confused with the trial membership. I assumed because of the trial I would be able to decide whether I wanted to pursue this or not, but I'm now seeing that I cannot return anything I've purchased, I'm puzzled because I don't see the point in a trial when you get stuck with expensive hardware you cannot return, leaving you with little choice not to see what happens. I get the pad somewhat but I don't understand the need for the IC Hummer considering it is just a small speaker that fits on a strap. I might have well used my headphones. I trust Ben G and am curious about this therapy but this is making me question my decision to try this considering that although it is something to try it really isn't, its more something to get stuck with.
