Bonjour Anton.
Je viens de recevoir mon Pad.
Le mode d'emploi est très succin.
Je ne comprends pas comment sélectionner le mode Led souhaité.
Lorsque je clique sur le bouton d'alimentation je peux voir :
1 des leds rouges
2 des leds bleus
3 des leds rouges et bleus
Je ne sais pas à quoi correspondent ces différentes positions.
De plus, ces différents leds ne restent pas éclairés Lorsque je... Zobacz więcej

Sylvie Bratigny , that is expected behaviour. When you click on the button lights with flash one to show what light mode is selected. Then drying the transfer those lights will flash/glow.

The Glowing IC Pad 3 is equipped with four versatile light modes, each designed to cater to specific needs and preferences:

1) Blue + Red + Infrared Mode: This mode is optimal for enhanced imprinting processes, combining the benefits of blue, red, and infrared light to support intricate imprinting tasks with its multifaceted light spectrum.

2) Red + Infrared Mode: Tailored for direct application on the body, this combination leverages the deep-penetrating properties of infrared light with the revitalizing energy of red light to offer a focused approach to bodily applications.

3) Blue + Infrared Mode: Designed for regular strength imprinting, this setting merges the stimulating effects of blue light with the invisible power of infrared light, creating a balanced and effective imprinting experience.

4) Infrared Only Mode: Given that infrared light is invisible to the naked eye, selecting this mode is ideal for discreet imprinting activities, such as charging water, in environments where darkness is preferred or necessary. This mode ensures a light-free environment, allowing for uninterrupted operation in dark settings.

If you IC Pad does not glow during the transfer, please let me know do you use audio cable or Bluetooth and what phone or laptop do you use with IC Pad. Thank you!

Anton SF mine was working great, bluetooth is connected, and i have the cables plugged in as well adn suddenly I cannot get it to light up to imprint anymore.

Allison Laney , please try runing ICs without IC Pad being connected and see if you can hear sound during the transfer. Issue could be with website working on your phone/laptop or browser. If you don't hear any sound you can try restarting your phone/laptop or use different browser.
Also please check that audio volume is set to a maximum level.
