Hi Rene, is your IC Pad still not working? Please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level after you start transfer. Also, you can try to restart your computer or try using it with phone.

IC Glow Pad stopped working but not really. So.
-It is charged
-I have changed the audio cords
-I tried connecting audio through USB-C to the phone and it tried to light up (probably bad USB-C) and went away so I know the Glow Pad itself is working.
BTW: I just got the Glow Pad yesterday and it WAS working via computer with no issues (I charged 3 bottles... Zobacz więcej
