my general recommendation with ICs is to work towards 5 out of 7 days, so you and your body both get a little break.
Meine allgemeine Empfehlung bei ICs ist, 5 von 7 Tagen darauf hinzuarbeiten, damit sowohl Sie als auch Ihr Kรถrper eine kleine Pause bekommen.
