Heidi Hudas, when blood pressure is driven by kidney stress, pair the following ICs for best result:

ย Hello Anton,

I have a few questions:

Could you suggest a range as to just how long a 30-day imprinted IC SHOULD hold the imprint?ย  I do have them shielded in the silver fabric cases from your product line, but if one should forget to place back IN the case for say 1 hour, or 5 hours, or a day, would you consider re-imprinting?ย  Also, does this "window"ย  apply... I'm assuming this is increasing the abdominal pressure, maybe compressing the pelvic veins and forcing... See more

Kate, your plan to focus on bowel motility, veins, and overall circulation is right on target. To keep it simple, here are the top two IC picks per focus area, plus brief use tips.

Bowel motility/peristalsis (and vagal/enteric support)
Constipation Poconeol Complex - A gentle complex specifically for constipation; a good first-line to improve transit and reduce pelvic pressure from stool burden .
Ficus Carica 1D - Supports digestion... See more
