Hi Lucinda, there is no limit on how many times you can imprint water. With current Glowing IC Pad the maximum potency achieved after about 1.5 hours of imprinting. But we recommend to start with just default duration of transfer time and see how it works for you. Some people are more sensitive and they imprint even shorter time.

Shaking water does not reset its information, otherwise shaking of homeopathic dilution would not work. Regarding times and medium stability, for filtered/distilled/RO water it takes about 2 hours for it to lose the information. For mineral water, it is about 3 days (if stored in the right environment - no direct sunlight, no exposure to strong EMF, and below 30C (86F)).

How many times a day should this be used in a glass of water? I have skin infection on my legs.

Hi Dona, we recommend using the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50 ml of water each time.
