My glowpad is on and connected to my iPad via bluetooth howeverwhen I begin Toruล the PEMF the small light turns red then goes to white and noneofthelights blink on any of the settings and it wont run. /

I think you need a PRO subscription to do what you want to do. I don't know the name in French but in English it's "Practitioner Membership"

after IC Pad is connected to your phone via Bluetooth, you should see blue light flash on IC Pad for 1 second. If that does not happen, IC Pad is not connecting to your phone. Once IC Pad is connected and you start transfer you should not hear any sound, but check that the audio volume on your phone is set to maximum level.
