Prioritize by Time of Day:
Morning: energy, metabolism, circulation
Afternoon: focus, digestion, detox
Evening: calming, inflammation, sleep support
Keep Each Session Purposeful: Avoid playing 10 ICs at once. Use 1–3 per session depending on the goal.
Hydration: Drink plenty of water to support detox and absorption.
If Using PEMF or Audible ICs: Be mindful of overstimulation. Take breaks after long PEMF sessions.
