Hello Anton.
I just received my Pad.
The instructions for use are very succinct.
I don't understand how to select the desired Led mode.
When I click the power button I can see:
1 red LED
2 blue LEDs
3 red and blue LEDs
I don't know what these different positions mean.
Additionally, these different LEDs do not stay lit when I release the power button.
Can you help me?
THANKS

Sylvie Bratigny , that is expected behaviour. When you click on the button lights with flash one to show what light mode is selected. Then drying the transfer those lights will flash/glow.

The Glowing IC Pad 3 is equipped with four versatile light modes, each designed to cater to specific needs and preferences:

1) Blue + Red + Infrared Mode: This mode is optimal for enhanced imprinting processes, combining the benefits of blue, red, and... See more

Allison Laney , please try runing ICs without IC Pad being connected and see if you can hear sound during the transfer. Issue could be with website working on your phone/laptop or browser. If you don't hear any sound you can try restarting your phone/laptop or use different browser.
Also please check that audio volume is set to a maximum level.

Angelika Pfeifer, please try cicking "see original" on my above message and click that link. It could be that translated link is broken, but original link should work. It is link to catalogue with searching keyword "glaucoma".

Anton SF still doesn't work. Maybe because you have fopathy... and not infopathy... in the link? Since I can't read the whole link, I can't change it myself.

Angelika Pfeifer, I see, autotranslation to German weirdly changed the website name and that broke that link. We will fix that. Meanwhile you can navigate to the catalogue and search "glaucoma", it would be the same as following correct link. Thank you!

Anton SF I know, but I haven't found the right one. Only a few things like blood sugar levels, glauconite, gingko etc. Sorry for asking.

Angelika Pfeifer, yes, currently we only have those available, they are not only for glaucoma, but can be used. For example  Eyedrops-use sea salt water
