Hi, do I just go straight in to this audible or do I have to use blue tooth with the a unit? i.e. can I just press start and play it?

Lynne, yes, you can press "Start" and play the this audible IC directly from your device without needing Bluetooth. Just make sure your volume is set to a comfortable level and listen through speakers or headphones. If you are using an external IC device like the IC Hummer or GlowPad, then Bluetooth or a wired connection may be needed, depending on the device.

Carolina, yes, you can apply it directly to the body using any transfer device.

Hi, I have been using the IC pad and I was wondering how you gadge at which number from 1-6 you should charge. For multivitamins for example, the recommended amount is not enough by far. So is 1 the dose recommended by doctors (as a starting point? /

Christine Sotiriou , it's advisable to start with default number of repeats (for imprint ICs and GlowPad is just 2 minutes, no extra repeats) and adjust based on personal experience and your body's response. Most people set 5 when imprinting water with GlowPad, but those who is very sensitive would imprint even less then 2 minutes.
