Christina, this might help for your daughter's lung pain after having bronchitis:

Hello Infopathy team and community members,

are there any suggestions for the following issues I am struggling with:

- Keratosis pilaris/kertosis follicularis . I have it mainly on my shins and it's painful. Urea has not helped so far. Thank you!

- heavy legs, swollen legs, water rentention in the legs. Probably  Lipo edema. I couldn't find something here.

Thank you a lot in advance !

Hello,

How do you proceed if you want to replace a Selenium nutri 200mg that you have previously taken as a tablet with an IC? (Cefasel 200 nutri)

How do you know how many times to press "transfer"? How many ml of water should be in the container you are stamping? And then how much should you drink to replace the 200mg tablet I took in the morning before breakfast?

Best regards
Elke

Hi Elke, currently, there is no formula for the dosage and it is probably does not applies to ICs. When transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger. Drinking water more often increases the effect.

We can not recommend substituting any medicines/supplements, but some people still do it with ICs - they start using IC as additional method, while using regular medication/supplement at... See more
