DeVeaux Grubbs, for your IC Pad, please try each of the following:

1. Charge your IC Pad using USB cable for about 2 hours, until yellow light goes off.

2. Please make sure audio volume on your phone or computer is set to maximum After you start transfer.

3. Restart your phone or computer or try different phone or computer.
