I have had insomnia for years off and on. I have tried this IC a few times at bedtime with no effect. I am thinking it may just take a while. Do you recommend this at bedtime or during the day?

Hi Glenda, try using one hour or so before bedtime. Also if you wake up at night or can not fall asleep, you can try Audible IC with headphones called "Brain Delta (Sleep)".
