Hi Anton, thanks for your reply. So that means I have to dispose of the device and buy a new one. I don't think that's a good idea.

Michael Moser my older blue glow pad turns idle after it cannot be charged properly :( sad to know itโ€™s battery cannot be replaced and the design of the charging area does not support long-term uses
The great news is the remote function is made easy and fun so Iโ€™m using the glow pad and circuit pad much less
Perhaps you may explore the uses of remote function

Michael Moser, if device is not holding a charge at all you can get small power bank and connect it to a GlowPad, it will work as external battery.ย

Michael Moser, unfortunately there is no easy way to replace battery on the GlowPad 3, you would need to pull out the glass which would a bit damage the casing. In the new version of the GlowPad we will be making this process possible and relatively easy to do.
