Anton SF why when I pause for a minute and hit play it stops lighting up? Sound is up and Bluetooth is still connected? It would be nice to be able to even restart but fast forward to where I was left off.

Prioritize by Time of Day:
Morning: energy, metabolism, circulation
Afternoon: focus, digestion, detox
Evening: calming, inflammation, sleep support
Keep Each Session Purposeful: Avoid playing 10 ICs at once. Use 1–3 per session depending on the goal.
Hydration: Drink plenty of water to support detox and absorption.
If Using PEMF or Audible ICs: Be mindful of overstimulation. Take breaks after long PEMF sessions.
