Very good PEMF to calm down and prepare for sleep, best to run 2-3 times, then combine with the Super Sleep IC and the Super Sleep Song by Daniel. Works very well

Is retinoic acid IC in this safe to take internally? Or is this better imprinted in a cream?

Lisa, for best results, it's recommended to imprint this IC in a cream, lotion, or serum and apply it directly to the skin, but you can also imprint it into water and drink it.
