Just wondering if I was to make this up in 200ml EVO, how much would one take in a day, & how ? Is 30days the limit for useage once made up.

Hi Rayelene K, you can take it 3 times a day, 10 drops each time, hold it in the mouth for at least 10 seconds before swallowing. Once imprinted you can use it for 30 days and then need to reimprint again. After imprint is done, we recommend covering your bottle with aluminum foil.
