Hi Heidi - there is a way to reset it by disconnecting it from bluetooth and re- adding the glow pad I will try and find the help link

Hola Gustavo, recomendamos tomar el mismo IC o Complex al menos 3 veces al dรญa, bebiendo al menos 50 ml de agua cada vez. Si estรก usando el Mรฉtodo 2 (pequeรฑas tinturas con soluciรณn salina), ponga 10 gotas por taza de agua.
